About The Program
Our programs run over the school term - combinding sport, fitness and fun. They are delivered by highly qualified coaches who make every experience the best it can possibly be!
The running program introduces kids to a range of athletic and cross country running distances. The session focus is on improving technique, speed, endurance and agility through simple and exhilarating drills, interval training and challenges!
