Sydney Athletics Academy is a high performance pathway program established to develop young athletes to reach their potential and compete competitively at State/National level while also providing a long term health and fitness platform for all.
Aims of the program include the below:

Educate, inspire and develop athletes with a view to compete at Nationals

To build athletes understanding of the commitment and behaviours require to be an elite athlete

To establish a program which gives all athletes the pathway and potential to win a medal at State/National in both Athletics and Cross country
