Multi Sports Classes

Allan Border Oval (Term 2)

Friday: 9.15-10am (3-5yr)

Term program includes

  • Mini Olympics - Olympics week allows me to familiarise with the abilities and personalities of each child through a series of obstacle courses and relay events. From Hurdles, parachutes and dodging – this program captures children’s imagination while getting active and having fun.

  • Running and Jumping Jacks -  takes kids through dribbling and passing drills and then moves into a partner core and jumping circuit and finishes with  team relays and running technique. This program helps kids increase their power, jumping ability and hand eye co ordination and encourages teamwork while running and having fun with friends.

  • Athletics Day - introduces kids to a range of athletic running and jumping activities. The session focus is on technique and movement efficiency through simple and exhilarating games, challenges and drills.

  • FUN Fitness Testing - occurs in the last week of every school term with children receiving a new JJJ Medal to recognise improvement and build confidence. I will also provide an report card to all parents to share achievements and communicate key areas of focus for the following term.
